  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 4 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: Please note that during high-traffic seasons and promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer than 4 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you.

  • التوصيل القياسي: يتم توصيل الطلبات عادةً خلال 4 أيام عمل.

🔄 Exchange & Return Policy | سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

English: To ensure your satisfaction, please find our policy below:

  1. Time Frame: Requests for exchange or return must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.

  3. Samples for Testing: We provide samples for testing before purchase to avoid the need for returns.

  4. Shipping & Packaging Costs: In case of exchange or return, 150 EGP will be deducted for shipping and packaging.

  5. Damaged Items (Our Responsibility): If the product is damaged due to our handling, the customer will be compensated with a replacement product free of charge, with no additional shipping costs.

  6. Complimentary Samples: Samples included with your order (featuring different scents) are provided solely to introduce new products for future purchases. These samples cannot be used as a reason to exchange or return the original order to match the sample's scent.

العربية: حرصًا منا على رضاكم، نود توضيح سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع:

  1. المدة الزمنية: يمكنكم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 24 ساعة فقط من استلام الطلب.

  2. حالة المنتج: يشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية تماماً، غير مستخدم وبدون أي تلف.

  3. عينات للتجربة: نوفر عينات لتجربة المنتج قبل الشراء لتجنب الحاجة للاسترجاع.

  4. تكاليف الشحن والتغليف: في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يتم خصم 150 جنيه مصري مقابل مصاريف الشحن والتغليف.

  5. حالات التلف (مسؤوليتنا): في حال حدوث تلف من خلالنا، يتم تعويض العميل بنفس المنتج مجاناً دون تحميله أي مصاريف إضافية.

  6. العينات المجانية المرفقة: العينات المجانية ذات الروائح المختلفة مقدمة فقط لتعريفكم بمنتجاتنا للطلبات المستقبلية. لا يمكن استخدام هذه العينات كسبب لاستبدال أو استرجاع الطلب الأساسي ليطابق رائحة العينة.
