Exchange & Return Policy

To ensure your satisfaction, please find our exchange and return policy below:

1. Time Frame: Requests for exchange or return must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

2. Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.

3. Samples for Testing: We provide samples for testing before purchase to avoid the need for returns.

4. Shipping & Packaging Costs: In case of exchange or return, 150 EGP will be deducted for shipping and packaging.

5. Damaged Items (Our Responsibility): If the product is damaged due to our handling, the customer will be compensated with a replacement product free of charge, with no additional shipping costs.

حرصًا منا على رضاكم، نود توضيح سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع:

1. المدة الزمنية: يمكنكم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

2. حالة العبوة: يشترط أن تكون العبوة في حالتها الأصلية بدون أي تلف أو استخدام.

3. عينات للتجربة: نوفر عينات لتجربة المنتج قبل الشراء لتجنب الحاجة للاسترجاع.

4. تكاليف الشحن والتغليف: في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يتم خصم 150 جنيه مقابل الشحن والتغليف.

5. حالات التلف من جانبنا: في حال حدوث تلف من خلالنا، يتم تعويض العميل بنفس المنتج مجانًا دون تحميله أي مصاريف إضافية
