Exchange & Return Policy  

 

To ensure your satisfaction, please find our exchange and return policy below:  

1. Time Frame: Requests for exchange or return must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.  
2. Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.  
3. Samples for Testing: We provide samples for testing before purchase to avoid the need for returns.  
4. Shipping & Packaging Costs: In case of exchange or return, 150 EGP will be deducted for shipping and packaging.  
5. Damaged Items (Our Responsibility): If the product is damaged due to our handling, the customer will be compensated with a replacement product free of charge, with no additional shipping costs.  
6. Complimentary Samples with Orders: Samples included with your order, which feature different scents from the purchased item, are provided solely to introduce and encourage trials of new products for future purchases. These samples cannot be used as a reason to exchange or return the original order to match the sample's scent, as their purpose is to promote product exploration rather than serve as a basis for order modifications.

:حرصًا منا على رضاكم، نود توضيح سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

1. المدة الزمنية: يمكنكم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.  
2. حالة العبوة: يشترط أن تكون العبوة في حالتها الأصلية بدون أي تلف أو استخدام.  
3. عينات للتجربة: نوفر عينات لتجربة المنتج قبل الشراء لتجنب الحاجة للاسترجاع.  
4. تكاليف الشحن والتغليف: في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يتم خصم 150 جنيه مقابل الشحن والتغليف.  
5. حالات التلف من جانبنا: في حال حدوث تلف من خلالنا، يتم تعويض العميل بنفس المنتج مجانًا دون تحميله أي مصاريف إضافية.  
6. العينات المرفقة مع الطلبات: العينات المجانية المرفقة مع طلبكم، والتي تحتوي على روائح مختلفة عن المنتج المشترى، مقدمة فقط لتعريفكم وتشجيع تجربة منتجات جديدة للطلبات المستقبلية. لا يمكن استخدام هذه العينات كسبب لاستبدال أو استرجاع الطلب الأساسي ليطابق رائحة العينة، حيث إن غرضها هو تعزيز استكشاف مجموعة منتجاتنا دون أن تكون أساسًا لتعديلات الطلب.
